Before roads and cars travelled the landscape of Lake of Bays, majestic steamships dropped cottagers, visitors and their supplies along the shores of Lake of Bays. The SS Iroquois serviced 10 Mile Bay, though it is believed that the cribs in the video above were built for the steamships, they were never actually used.
