At the Parker Team our experience sets us apart. Perhaps unique to the Parker Team is that we relocated our family from the GTA giving us insight and the ability to relate to our Buyers needs. Jennifer Parker

Jennifer is the 5th generation to appreciate the crystal-clear waters and rugged beauty of Lake of Bays. Cottager turned permanent resident, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to clients understanding both the importance of a family cottage – a place where a life time of memories are made, and the needs and wants of full time Muskoka residents. Clients can depend on Jennifer to help guide them through the decision making process of cottage or home buying and know that they can depend on her integrity and honesty.

Jennifer is a big believer in giving back to the community in which she lives. A proud member of The Township of Lake of Bays Heritage Committee, the Dwight Lions, The Dwight Library Fundraising Committee and The Pioneer Memorial Church Leadership Team, Jennifer not only gives back but is aware of what is happening in the Township of Lake of Bays.

When Jennifer is not focused on real estate, she enjoys the peacefulness of lakeside living, paddle boarding and time spent with her family.

Ian was introduced to Lake of Bays over 25 years ago by Jennifer, and has never looked back. He is a vital part of The Parker Team, as he assists Jennifer with client services and showings by boat & canoe. A Network Design Architect, Ian also provides technical troubleshooting for the team.

Alex Higgins

ASSISTANT

Alex Higgins joined The Parker Team as Assistant to Jennifer. Living in Lake of Bays, she is familiar with the area, the lakes and especially the trails. As a devoted dog Mommy, Alex takes advantage of the Muskoka landscape every chance she gets, exploring with her devoted sidekick Riley. A natural with people, Alex brings understanding, compassion and a sharp eye for detail to The Team.
